DescriptionThe Department of World Languages and Cultures at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, invites applications for a full-time lecturer (or Teaching Assistant Professor without tenure) in the Japanese language, to begin in the fall of 2024 (pending budget approval). Appointment to this position will be for a term of one year and will be renewable. A master’s degree in Japanese-language pedagogy, second language acquisition, linguistics, or a related field is required for a lecturer by the time of appointment.
