Instructor or Visiting Assistant Professor in Japanese Language and/or Studies, World Languages
The World Languages and Cultures Department invites applications for an instructor or Visiting Assistant Professor (VAP) in Japanese Language and/or Studies. There is possibility for renewal for at least an additional year, based on satisfactory performance and department needs. Teaching responsibilities will be three courses per semester in Japanese language, and/or, depending on the expertise of the applicant, two courses in Japanese language and one course in the area of the applicant’s specialization.   An adjunct, per-class teaching opportunity may also be available for a partner or spousal accommodation.
