The Weinberg Dean’s Office of Undergraduate Studies & Advising (OUSA) at Northwestern University seeks to hire a College adviser and faculty member who has experience working with historically underrepresented, lower-income, minoritized, and/or first-generation college students. Primary daily responsibilities include individual meetings with advisees and participation in advising office activities and committees. Our mission is to support all students as they define and pursue their unique academic paths and think critically about the intersections of their academic and personal identities.
