Haverford College, through its departments of History and East Asian Languages and Cultures, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor in the History of Modern China, with a particular interest in global and transnational approaches, to begin in Fall 2022. The candidate may specialize in any aspect of Chinese history from the 18th through 21st centuries, must have completed their PhD requirements by September 1, 2022, and should display evidence of a robust research agenda.
